Overview of Position The Regional Pharmacy Account Manager manages and maintains all contract requirements and services for assigned clients on Change Healthcare’s Pharmacy Benefits Solution Team. The role involves clinical and administrative services and is considered a subject matter expert, providing exceptional service to assigned clients. Key responsibilities include preparing and facilitating meetings for the client, routine report generation and delivery, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. This role is also a liaison between the client and internal partners, working collaboratively across departments to ensure successful outcomes. Candidates will have demonstrated success managing and maintaining client relationships, collaborating across functional groups, problem-solving, innovative thinking, strong communication skills, and being organized and detail oriented. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship with the client of the account(s) they are managing.

Committee support, file transfers and maintenance, preparation of weekly drug file and post-P&T Committee meeting updates, maintenance for preferred drug list including budgetary and clinical reports

PBM services, including all clinical and administrative services related SMAC, Rebate, file transfers and maintenance, review and maintenance for preferred drug list including budgetary and clinical reports, logistical support for State meetings

Provides clinical information and subject matter support to the business in these areas and o versees management of staff to include, but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, recruiting, hiring, training,

Attends meetings, legislative hearings upon request. Assists with fiscal operations where applicable.

Oversee operations of any contractual duties for respective Medicaid state contracts, including SLAs and deliverables.

What are the requirements?

4+ years of relevant experience

2+ years of Leadership

PharmD (preferred) or Bachelor of Pharmacy

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

2+ years of account management experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in a Pharmacy Benefit Management setting (PBM) or for a Managed Care Organization

5+ years of advanced knowledge of Medicaid and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management

Retail pharmacy experience preferred

Experience with state Medicaid clients preferred

How much should I expect to travel?

Remote position, possible travel for client and internal meetings up to 25%
