Business Analyst

NexSolv is looking for a Business Analyst for our direct client State of LouisianaBusiness Analyst Three (3) years of experience with Business Analysis processes including creating requirements and design documents for complex projects Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile Environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Graphical process design systems (Visio, etc.) Minimum one (1) year experience writing complete User Stories, including descriptions and acceptance criteria based on requirements gathering Minimum of three (3) years Project experience facilitating project related meetings with business partners Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience with conversion projects and processes strongly preferred Experience in identifying and addressing data quality issues Experience with large scale public sector IT projects Experience with JIRA Experience with mainframe systems and lotus notes applications Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
