IRG is seeking a SACWIS Business Analyst for its client at Baton Rouge, LA Start the project Remote due to COVID-19. When the work location changes, the contractor personnel will be notified in advance when to report onsite. Role: SACWIS Business Analyst Location: Baton Rouge, LA Start the project Remote Duration: 1- 2 years Scope

• Define and document business functions and processes;
• Analyze the integration of business functions with technology;
• Assist with business case development and business process reengineering;
• Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements;
• Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies.

• Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Child Welfare practice experience
• Knowledge of Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) rule and requirements
