Business Analysts with expertise in documentation of business processes and procedures, technical processes and procedures, and creating communication to leadership. The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Business Analysts

Day-to-day support for project manager
Business need documentation
Documentation of new business requirements
Review of existing business requirements
Process and procedure design/documentation
Our staff selection process for Business Analysts will adhere to the following criteria.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Analysis of business execution comparable to existing processes e.g. As-Is business process definition experience. Reviewing/consulting on business processes Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification Experience with DMAIC work processes and Lean toolset Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
