Resource Role for this Project:The Resource for this position is expected to perform tasks of a Senior Application Programmerwith experience and expertise in defining and solutioning web-based applications to occupy aPosition of Solutions Architect for the DOC Project.The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Interact with agencies, product owners/managers and developers in order to design, defineand solution applications. Identify technologies for the implementation of each component and the connectionsbetween components. Design and document plans for the development of the system, including but not limited tosystem implementation plans, software design documents, high availability and disasterrecovery. Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs and documents new and existing web application,maintenance and support of existing application. Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrumceremonies. Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance toOTS and DOC staff for all requested work. Monitor, review and audit performance of the DOC Modernization software and makeperformance improvements.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Distributed web-based solutions Database Design and Build Leading engineering teams Experience as a Solution/Enterprise/Applications/Integration/DevOps ArchitectExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: ASP.NET Core Entity Framework Core C# VueJS Bootstrap SSIS IIS Scrum Methodology Distributed System Design (SOA/Microservices) DevOps Practices (Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment)
