Skilled Carpenter - Full Time

Hi. I'm a small real estate developer, and I own a 120 year old H.S that is now a 38-unit apartment complex, a bar and we are in the process of completing a 8-unit hotel. We also have future development projects already secured.

At this moment I am needing to replace someone who has been with me for 10 year due to health issues. I'm needing someone whose strongest skill set is related to carpentry and has extreme attention to detail - the work we do is never cookie cutter and usually is cutting edge design.

I also need someone who is very organized and can think like a business owner. This is important to me long term and I am looking for someone who can be apart of a small team and be apart of my long term growth plan for the company.
