Description

Work directly with clients during the discovery phase to gather requirements and then convert those into functional requirements during the design phase

Interact with stakeholders, clients, and technical resources to design, implement, and maintain customized system processes for new clients

Play key role in design, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support of Derby's systems for new and existing clients, and internal departments

Collaborate with the project team and validate that all necessary requirements have been fulfilled

Provide technical support to end users, clients and vendors for applicable technology systems

Gather report requirements from end users and then design data query and report design to meet those requirements

Provide systems training for end users throughout the company

Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends, detail oriented business knowledge and system capabilities

Create/improve training, operational processes and documentation to increase efficiency and productivity

Testing the systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function

Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to systems

Problem solving and people skills will be vital in this position as it will involve working with multiple departments of the business

Requirements

3-5 years of business systems analysis experience including working with customers and project teams to launch successful projects that meet the requirements of the business, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems Experience with SQL for MSSQL or Oracle and working with relational databases. Experience building reports using various reporting tools such as Report Builder or Visual Studio Understand basic EDI concepts and data mapping, with some experience preferred Proficient at Microsoft Office toolset Programming experience is a plus WMS System, WMS Application, Enterprise Application Integration, Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, SQL Server, SQL, Oracle SQL, MySQL, Analysis, Analysis, EDI Mapping, EDI, Data Mapping, Oracle Report Builder, Visual Studio, Visual Studio, Microsoft Office
