• The team works with several vended app technologies
• Assists in all phases of the design, test, and implementation process, helping to modify the project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems with implementation or efficiency.
• The resource group has a focus around Call Recording and Transcription and tools that serve the purpose.
• It is mostly server work, tickets around networking and configuration.
