APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (IROQUOIS)

Local Property and Ownership Company is hiring immediately for a full-time work order technician for a clean older property located in the Iroquois Park area of Louisville.

The position is full-time Mon-Fri. Experience is required. Applicant should be comfortable with the following:

Drywall repair

Minor electrical

Plumbing (replacing toilets, snaking drains, etc.)

Trim Carpentry

Subfloor repair and framing

Ceramic tile replacement

Must have own tools

Pay 16-22/hr depending on experience! Plus monthly bonuses, paid holidays, personal days, vacations, and optional health insurance!
