Customer Support, Full or Part Time

We're currently hiring for a customer support agent to join our team of employee owners.

Strong computer and phone skills are required.

Pleasant voice and a desire to help the customer get a good outcome.

Willing to consider part time or full time, shift hours are M-F 8:00-4:30 but part time can fall anywhere in between those hours. Position also must be willing to work one Sat per month (10-4:30).

Good attendance and stable work history required. Pay based on experience. Annual raises in January. Accrued PTO time/Paid holidays after 90 day trial period. We're all working mom's here so we try to accommodate your schedule if you're helping us get the job done.
