JD –1. Primary Skill: Selenium Automation, API Automation, Development of reusable libraries and automation suite, script execution, Failure analysis, Strong Testing exp2. Secondary Skill: Healthcare domain exp3. Roles & Responsibilities:§ Good knowledge required on Automation Testing§ Creation of automation test plan§ Automation framework design and update§ Automation test script design and maintenance§ Good Agile knowledge§ Good Communication skills§ Good stakeholder Management skills§ Should have QA process knowledge§ Should be able to work independently and quickly understand the current API automation implementation.§ Should be able to have discussions with the business team, understand the scenario and implement the automation scripts.§ Should be flexible and take up additional responsibilities.§ Should be able to report the project status to different stakeholders.§ Develop processes, tools, approaches and practices to help achieve Program objectives§ Provide Thought Leadership and guidance to the Quality team§ Coordinate with UAT leads to provide UAT handoff and support UAT defect triage until UAT sign-off§ Monitor KPI’s, perform RCA on deviations & drive Continuous improvements
