Genesys Developer Location:- Louisville, KY 8 Plus years of software development experience and Pure Cloud Development experience Strong Contact Center fundamentals in design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving and complexity analysis in the Genesys cloud based software platform Ability to design scalable real time systems Experience in designing and implementing RESTful Services Integrating experience with IVR, IVA, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and WFM Systems Experience in applying design patterns and separating concerns in a distributed system Experience in building predictive algorithms using Python, R, NLP engines Conversational AI building and integrating with third party chatbots, Google, Amazon lex and IBM Watson Experience in designing and implementing pub/sub asynchronous applications Must be highly proficient in Java and Java Script Must have experience working within an Agile / Scrum team Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of ownership
