Job Description

Are you prepared to take on a role Comoto's Inventory Control Department? In Inventory Control, we support Customer Service by focusing on the quality and accuracy of physical product from the time it hits the dock, to when it leaves the facility.Through consistently auditing our accuracy and quality, we are able to pinpoint key issues and work with other departments to continuously improve how our Fulfillment operates. We have an eagle eye for detail, always strive for perfection, and because of both of those reasons we're able to consistently make recommendations on how we can perform better as a department. We have are agile, we are critical thinkers, and we bring a diverse skill set to our center which means that a lot of what we do falls outside of a typical standard operating procedure.

The long and short of it? In this role, you will play an integral part in maintaining high accuracy and quality by completing daily audits, inventory confirms, and other inventory and quality related tasks. Starting Pay For Inventory Team Members is $14.00/hr with an array of benefits including paid time off, generous employee discount, team building events, and company-wide spirit week. Qualifications

Our Next Inventory Control Team Member Will:

  • Complete daily inventory confirms based on our 90 day goal, use of a stock picker and/or wave will be required for high locations
  • Meet established metrics for daily productivity
  • Assist the Quality Inbound Specialist and Quality Assurance Specialist with daily tasks which may include inbound "extra item" audits, quality audits of products arriving on our dock, and picking/auditing defective or possibly mislabelled product
  • Utilize Cubiscan for received product
  • Report accuracy or mislabeled product issues to leadership
  • Have the ability, or willingness to learn how, to use a stock picker

  • Have a working knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures acquired through on-the-job training
