- Have extensive knowledge and experience in working with PLCs, operator interface programs, and variable frequency drives, including their functionality and communication capabilities in controlling manufacturing processes
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of field sensors such as flow, temperature, pressure, and level devices and is able to offer field service and support
- Create detailed bills of materials and prepare quotes for customers, incorporating their knowledge of industrial processes, including CIP, HTST, and DI water
- Participate in the Companies field service program, which involves traveling to customer sites for start-up, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting and maintaining documentation of all activities
- Supervise the fabrication of control panels when necessary and provide hands-on field installation and start-up assistance for assigned projects
- Bachelor's degree required (preferred in Engineering) or equivalent
- Experience with PLC and HMI coding is required, (ISA-88 batch programming experience, SCADA systems [FactoryTalk, Ignition, iFix, etc.] are pluses)
- Willing to travel 35% +/- of the time
