You will focus on Server level problem resolution, Exchange issues, VMware, and Active Directory.You will use your knowledge of Network Infrastructure for repair, project work and consulting.Service Technicians will look to you for mentoring and development.Technical Skills Needed:

  • Basic support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange. MCSE, MCSA and other industry certifications appreciated
  • VMware Virtualization or Hyper-V experience and support used daily
  • Technical services and support at the network level: LAN and WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. Fortinet and Cisco experience appreciated.
  • Windows Server and Network installations, Desktop support, Cloud Services
  • A love for creating Customer System documentation :)
