Growing manufacturing company is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to plan and implement key capital projects, drive technology improvements and provide troubleshooting and engineering solutions that deliver productivity and improve operations within the business unit. Position is multi-year W-2 contract with full benefits.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with metal casting
  • 3+ years' industrial experience including planning, specification, and implementation of engineering projects (upgrades, capital equipment projects, etc.)
  • Technical and process management skills, with potential ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the aluminum industry strongly preferred
