As the future of BlueOval SK, you will help lead the battery revolution by working alongside our teams as we build the batteries required for electric vehicle business excellence.Ford and SK On are investing billions in Kentucky and Tennessee including building three state-of-the art battery manufacturing facilities between the two campuses at BlueOval City in Tennessee and BlueOval SK Battery Park in Kentucky. These brand-new advanced manufacturing facilities will use Ford’s 100-years of automobile manufacturing expertise and SK On’s 30+ years of electric vehicle battery expertise to become the world’s best battery manufacturer.The Financial Accountant at BlueOval SK – BlueOval Battery Park in Stanton, Tennessee will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from the ground up.Key Areas of Responsibility

Work as an integral part of BlueOval SK's wider Finance team

Support the operations team as they make decisions in a dynamic plant environment.

Develop and scale core processes and systems supporting:

Daily cost performance reviews with management, including key operating metrics

Annual budget and monthly forecasts.

Monthly accounting closes and journal entries

Support Controller on internal control issues

Provide analytical support for special studies and ad hoc assignments

Develop and maintain relationships and work cooperatively with all stakeholders

All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Strong analytical skills including Finance business acumen

Self-driven with an ability to strategically solve problems and thrive in a dynamic environment

Ability to manage detail while supporting multiple tasks or critical deadlines

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with SAP

Preferred Requirement

MBA Accounting or Finance

Manufacturing experience

Experience with data analysis applications (Alteryx, Tableau)
