ongoing support and enhancement of Workday Financials

phase 2 implementation (tentatively scheduled to begin Jan. 2023)

work with Corporate Finance-Systems team to support the Workday Financials workstreams

Serve as the primary support person for the following workstream: Financial Accounting

Depending on previous Workday experience, serve as the primary support person for 1 – 2 of the following workstreams: Customer Accounts/Customer Contracts/Projects Billing

Expenses

Supplier Accounts

Expenses

Banking & Settlement

Business Assets

Projects

Serve as the secondary support person (backup) for 2 – 3 of the above workstreams

Lead the following for assigned Workday workstreams/modules: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues encountered by users

Determine, document, prioritize, and develop enhancements

Assist users with system questions

Identify Security Role assignments for new users and review existing users’ Security Role assignments while ensuring proper internal controls

plan and perform regression testing for Workday biannual releases

review new functionality to determine impact on existing processes

write regression test scenarios

perform regression test scenarios

Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes Corporate IT to support Workday Financials.

Participate in daily scrum meetings to discuss status of system fixes and enhancements

QualificationsEDUCATION Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Accounting/FinanceEXPERIENCE 3 – 5 years’ Workday Financials experienceCERTIFICATION Workday Pro certifications preferredWORKING CONDITIONS Position can be remote, but candidate should be willing to travel to Boston, MA two – four times per year to meet with the Corp.
