LSI Staffing has over 100 Manufacturing & Production positions on both 1st and 2nd shift in the Wichita area!

These are long term 1st and 2nd shift positions with opportunities to advance. All jobs are temp to hire and for a world leader in their industry.

All production employees must be able to acclimate to a hot environment and must be able to work with their hands constantly, standing, bending and stooping frequently required.

There is Overtime with this position for the right candidates, so if you cannot work Overtime, please do not apply.

Starting Wage:

$11.50 per hour for entry-level positions with minimal skills and up to $13.50 per hour for skilled workers with experience.

Manufacturing Production Work Requirements:

Previous factory work is preferred but not required

Comfortable working in non-climate controlled facility

Can stand, and rotate arm and wrists comfortable during entire shift
