DescriptionCOMMERCIAL BANKERThe candidate for this position will be responsible for new business development in commercial banking to ensure that company growth goals are met. The candidate for this position will primarily develop new commercial banking relationships for the bank and, when appropriate, service existing commercial business depository and/or loan relationships to identify additional sales opportunities The candidate will be required to ensure timely and accurate assessment of risks and that credit relationships are risk-graded properly and meet compliance and regulatory standards for all bank products and commercial services.Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a bachelor’s degree in a business related field, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills and a minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Lending practices required. The candidate must also have a working knowledge of risk-based lending and should be able to analyze financial statements. Some late and/or flexible hours may be required.
