Technical Recruiter / Sales Trainee

Advantage Tech is looking to add an entry-level Technical Recruiter / Sales Trainee to our team. We are looking for that special individual with a strong sense of urgency and understanding of what it takes to be successful. PURPOSE: The Recruiter role handles the full cycle recruiting of our IT candidates. This includes sourcing candidates through referrals, job boards, associations, direct recruiting and other creative methods to locate top IT talent. The candidate will also be responsible for the thorough interviewing of each candidate to determine the fit to Advantage Tech's hiring needs. Interaction with the team is essential. RESPONSIBILITES: - Locate, attract and select IT candidates based on our client's needs - Creatively source candidates on a daily basis - Profile and interview candidates on the phone and in person to determine fit to current and future hiring needs - Submit qualified candidates for openings - Candidate care throughout the placement and post placement process to encourage referrals - Thoroughly and accurately documenting candidates in applicant tracking system DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Internal drive and incredible work ethic to achieve above and beyond company goals - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals - High degree of people interface CORE BEHAVIORS: - Excellent work ethic - Positivity - Teamwork - Dependability - Productivity
