JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• KNOWLEDGE: Include knowledge of equipment, technology, software, theories, and professional expertise essential to perform the job.
  • Typically, a background in technical IT security roles or other IT knowledge areas such as IT architecture, development or operations;
  • Clear and abiding interest in information security;
  • Knowledge of PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, and other standard IT Security frameworks

• SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Include talents the individual must possess, and capabilities acquired through nature, education, training, and experience. Please exclude generic requirements such as “ability to multi-task,” “ability to work with little supervision,” etc.
  • Experience with performing security and regulatory practices and processes
  • Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history, complete lack of criminal convictions etc.)
  • Technical expertise with Information Security technologies and systems
  • Strong systems architecture knowledge
  • Experience with e-commerce environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum educational requirements: (Include justification for degree status)§ High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year information systems management degree, work in progress towards a degree, or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum training requirements: § CompTia Security+ or equivalent training

Minimum experience requirements: 3+ years total experience:1. At least 3 years of full-time work experience in information security management and/or related functions (such as IT audit and IT Risk Management)2. Experience with e-commerce and PCI regulated applications.3. Strong conceptual, analytical, judgment and communication abilities
