Telecom PM Location: Overland Park, KS is the desired location, but also considering Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX. Will review fully remote candidates on case-by-case. All interested and qualified candidates can please contact Connor Heacock at Description:

  • At least 3-years relevant experience required.
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of in-building DAS venue systems; Legal/Contracts background helpful.
  • Candidate will oversee the negotiation and finalization of new DAS venue contracts and amendments post-design approval.
  • Will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that contracts are financially and contractually favorable and executed within desired timeframes.
  • Responsibilities include: reviewing / validating completeness of new intakes; routine database management; negotiating financial terms with vendors based on proposed SOW; negotiating (with legal support) contract terms with vendors; providing regular status updates on pending contracts to team and stakeholders; participating in regular internal meetings, and; following up with meeting notes and actions.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
