PROJECT MANAGERS - Don't Miss This One REQUIRES 5+ years of hands-on experience in:

SDLC & Agile methodologies
Emphatically running complex projects
Working with project stakeholders to meet expectations
Providing Status Reporting on project progress utilizing PM tools
Manage and mitigate risks, documenting, communicating and resolving risks, defects, and issues.

PM on Pricing initiatives:

Refine requirements initially received working with stakeholders to add required detail so that requirements are clear.
Review requirements with stakeholders to gather input and assessments so that a timeline can be produced within the established timeframe
Develop target delivery timeline for price plans and communicate this timeline to stakeholders
Monitor and drive teams to deliver the price plan by the target delivery date.
When issues arise impacting the delivery of a price plan hold meetings with appropriate stakeholders to address issues and drive resolution of price plan impacting issues with the objective of delivering the price plan in the target timeframe
Provide communications to management and stakeholder teams as required that document issues, resolution plans and any impacts to scope or timeline
Hold meetings internally and externally to create an assessment plan
Develop assessment documentation that has required detail from which to create a Delivery SOW
Oversee the delivery of assessments within SLA SOW committed timeframe
Manage the project scope, schedule, and quality of price plans and assessments by:
- Conducting periodic project internal and external client meetings,
- Providing status reports to management
- Maintaining the currency of price plan information in project management systems (PIP, Clarity and JIRA),
- Support and collaborate with release and testing teams
- Managing defect resolutions

PM to support architecture team:

- Drive communications associated with developing estimates (high level estimation) for Additional Services requests
- Collaborate and hold meetings to facilitate the clarification requirements to support sizing and with stakeholders across organizations to facilitate the gathering of inputs to develop the estimate
- Support and drive efforts to optimize architecture documentation organization, storage, sharing and updating as required
- Lead efforts to streamline work distribution, assignments, flow and document quality across architecture

The IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST ALSO :

Be comfortable in dealing with a demanding and changing environment
Possess ability to generate program compliant project reports
Have 360-degree command in details of the projects and able to speak to them accurately and concisely
See the big picture and prioritize activities accordingly
Handle up to 3 simultaneous projects of varying sizes
Forge a professional bond with support teams and stakeholders
Ability to rally involved teams to complete activities and deliver defect fixes in a timely manner
MUST be a power user of MS Office - Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
