Genesis10 is actively seeking an End User Engineer II/EUC resource for a direct hire/permanent position opening with our transportation industry client located in Overland Park, KS.

Description: Perform tasks associated with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer and/or network operating systems, systems software, and related hardware under guidance of senior staff. Develop and implement technical knowledge to meet the needs of the team and organization.

Responsibilities :

• Provide support and ensure reliability of deployed technologies, systems and processes according to established procedures and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, monitor and review records and reports of productions, application, system failures and other problems.
• Responsible for monitoring performance and maintaining system stability.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing accurate documentation steps for installation, maintenance and configuration activities.
• Maintain platform related inventory and other hardware/software/license tracing documentation.
• Manage small cross functional/departmental projects.
• Coordinate the successful execution of project activities.
• Assist and develop project presentation.
• Present project presentation to technical groups.
• Provide knowledge, training and solution sets to first level support teams to improve first call resolution and increase customer satisfaction. Review issues to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Two (2) years' experience in areas related to platform specific systems and/or network operations.
• Experience with Active Directory structure and logic.
• Basic understanding of script language as it applies to troubleshooting or discovery (i.e. Powershell, macro, etc.).
• Basic understanding of group policy and script behavior.
• Understanding of Windows operating system deployment and management (Windows 7, 8, and 10).
• Experience with client application installation, packaging and deployments.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Mobile Device Management.
• Office 365 Administration.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Skype for Business Administration.
• SCCM (System Center 2012).
• Application packaging and deployment.
• Image development & management via MDT.
• Tier 3 incident resolution/root cause analysis.
