You will be responsible to be a hands-on Agile Coach, able to embed within a Solution Team (multiple teams of teams) and provide all required coaching support to drive agile maturity. Educate employees at all levels on Agile principles and practices, teaching valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of lean thinking and behaviors.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and coach the enterprise on agile behaviors, practices and ceremonies utilizing both scrum and Kanban. Build upon current agile successes, while promoting improvement in the ongoing adoption, and sustainment of those practices.
  • Coach and mentor roles critical to the success of scaled agile adoption and sustainment.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement actions to increase organizational agile maturity, as measured through an established and quantified Agile Maturity Model.
  • Mentor the enterprise on scaled agile practices that promote innovation, rapid delivery, methodology sustainment, and pragmatism.
  • Develop and deliver training curriculums focused on general agile awareness, agile roles and responsibilities, agile ceremonies, Lean processes, various scaled agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Further develop and standardize agile metrics to optimize value delivery and promote lean thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Be a trusted advisor and consultant with Management staff on continued scaled agile deployment and organizational changes facilitating that deployment.
  • Align the organization’s technical, product, and overall business strategies to scaled agile methodologies for work intake, prioritization and value delivery metrics to enable strategic objectives across the enterprise.
  • Assist in resolving organizational impediments that prevent agile teams from completing commitments.

Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years of experience as a Agile Coach,
  • 2 or more years of project leadership
  • Experience working on an Agile team using scrum, preferably with facilitation and/or coaching experience
  • Ability to collaborate across the enterprise
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on developing the skills of internal talent and on continuously improving customer experiences
