Strategic Business Analyst

Our team is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the success of our business workflow intelligence solutions spanning multiple business lines. You will work directly with the operations, sales, and service teams to identify opportunities to refine and optimize our sales and service processes to meet consumer demand. A typical day will revolve around meeting with business stakeholders and testing if/ then scenarios to determine what consumers are doing with the software/ process flows. Role

• Work with the product team to translate, define and document requirements from business to development team.
• Understand, clarify, groom, and articulate requirements for acceptance by the business operations team.
• Collaborate with sales team and key stakeholders to refine query & filters to ensure efficient performance of lead buy campaigns.
• Develop strong working relationships with targeted bid partners to maximize volume makeup.
• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and combine them to assess areas of opportunity for optimization.

• Deriving meaningful information from data through analysis and data visualization.
