Develop API of Revit tools to import/export parameters, instantiate families and expedite
repetitive tasksAssist cost scheduler with evaluating monthly draft payments and schedule updates with
BIM RESPONSIBILITIES1.Create and maintain a BIM quantity tracking system with P6 codes to reconcile resourceloaded quantities in scheduleDevelop BIM quantity tracking system to update progress metrics and model visuals
DELIVERABLESProject WBS tagging activity reports
BIM Execution Plan template update related to WBS
Data validation & improvement of quantities exported from BIM
Reports on CAD/BIM process improvements
Implementation & feedback reports on CAD/BIM initiatives
Data input for business intelligence reports / dashboards
Written documentation regarding all meetings and correspondences.
Written monthly status reports outlining work that has been performed by Contractor

Knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering design
Ability to read and interpret design standards and specifications, blueprints, drawings,
redlines, etcAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESPMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
