Work is performed in standard work environments as required to maintain product flow. Job Responsibilities:Assemblies/ repairs/ rebuilds fabricated parts, components at floor stations
Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerance and product specifications
Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units
Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels; repairs as required
Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies/ components in accordance with established procedures and technical data
Responsible for performing complete operation checkouts, shop documentation, modifications, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, test calibrations, diagnoses, and correction of problems
Follows repair and shop processes to ensure highest quality and shortest turn time of repair
Maybe required to obtain EPA certifications
Must be able to lift/ push/ pull 35 lbs
Will work to maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Minimum Qualifications:HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.Preferred Qualifications:Previous repair experience (aircraft, machinery, electrical equipment)
refrigeration experience
automotive experience
military experience in repair or maintenance
experience working in a AS9100 manufacturing environment
