- Assisting sales reps with technical discovery for software partners and act as a liaison between technical and sales teams.
- Technical requirements gathering
- Evaluating business needs and providing technical recommendations
- Work with partners to troubleshoot transaction workflow and API call/response inquiries
- Research third party software solutions (Gateways, POS, ERPs) for potential and current clients (VAR Research)
- Oversee the testing implementation of technical solutions to fit a partners or clients goals.
- Validate technical implementation with client/partner's development personnel
- Microsoft suite
- Some CRM Experience (Netsuite, Salesforce, Sugar, etc )
- Experience working with SaaS Products
- Understand interdependencies of SaaS products
- Experience working with REST APIs (not required but this would be nice)
