Remote Recruiter Position! Initiative + Enthusiasm + Relationship Development + Goal Orientated and Outcomes Driven! Genesis10/New Journey AI is searching for experienced recruiters to join our national Recruiting Team. This opportunity is 100% remote. This recruiter will be focused on a variety of industry verticals banking/finance/accounting, manufacturing, autonomous vehicle/transportation, consumer products, engineering and light industrial.

What you will do - The Recruiter will source, screen, and prep the best available diverse talent in multiple industry verticals, positioning our candidates for success on meaningful assignments. These roles will be full-time, temp to perm, & contracting roles throughout the US and Canada. Required Skills:- 1-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting a variety of positions for diverse clients
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, Careerbuilder, LinkedIn, ATS databases, referrals, etc).
- Previous experience recruiting for perm and contract roles.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner.
- Experience with an ATS or specifically with Job Diva is a plus
