We can’t do it without you.We are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner for Technology Services that will be part of the Jack Henry Finance team. Our team seeks to be a business value creator for the Jack Henry support organizations by providing financial analysis and guidance. This role will be a Strategic Financial Business Partner for the Jack Henry Technology Services organization supporting the Chief Information Officer, Directors, and Managers.A successful candidate will provide strong financial analysis with strategic insights to guide the direction of the Technology Services organization. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, special reporting, and creating dashboards of operational and capital expenses. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual with an advanced level of financial analysis, reporting and data management skills, in addition to, prior leadership experience delivering complex reporting and analyses. If you desire a challenging role in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to join an outstanding team, please apply.This position can be hired in any Jack Office Location or Remotely within the US.What you’ll be responsible for:Build performance management reports (Financial and Non-Financial Indicators) for internal consumption to aid in incentive and financial planning.

Prepare and analyze actuals to monthly forecast and budget. Be able to provide reflective narrative to the functional leaders that aids in decision making.

Develop monthly forecast and annual budgets in conjunction with functional leaders based on the needs of the business.

Identify and forecast key capital spend related metrics. Be able to highlight operational and capital expense trends and provide related narrative.

May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:Minimum 10 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Finance Operations experience in a corporate environment.

Must have previous experience working as or in a Finance Business Partner Capacity.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

What would be nice for you to have:MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification desired.

Proven financial leadership experience across a large department or functional area with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of or experience with OneStream, Tableau or Power BI.

Experience creating special reporting, interactive dashboards, or financial modeling.

Prior experience in a Financial or Technology Services organization.

Effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.

Possess strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry

Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.

Ability to bring creativity, “Think outside of the box” attitude to the position while at the same time providing consistent, accurate financial analysis.
