Job Description

Broadridge is growing. We are actively seeking a Quality Coordinator (Manufacturing) for our Kansas City, MO location. This role is in our Customer Communications Division, which offers a full range of multi-channel communications solutions, such as integrated print, mail and digital solutions for transactional, marketing and compliance communications.

You will work on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable QA factors. You will be proficient in data analysis and using Quality Management Systems in a Production or Manufacturing setting. You're expected to use good judgment in developing and selecting methods and techniques for testing and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will analyze data and trend-lines to ensure existing processes are efficient and recommend corrective action.
  • You'll work with the production operations and client services teams to resolve any quality assurance issues found during execution.
  • Operate the database, run reports and implement analytics to find correlations, trend-lines, and other critical metrics.
  • Make recommendations based on data analytics to improve efficiency, prevent errors, and otherwise streamline processes.
  • Consistently conduct inspection of processes, the documentation supplied, and procedures used to produce the output inspected. Notify management of any discrepancies between observed and documented procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in teams, identify process improvements, and learn new procedures/ applications as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 27001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability conducting Quality Analysis or Data Analytics
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing Industry or Production Operations setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, to generate reports and graphs based on data collection.
  • Advanced skills in writing technical papers including graphs and charts.
  • Skills in the use of data to perform root cause analysis and identifying trends.
  • Great communication and people skills required to interact with teams across the production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
