Job Description

We are looking for LPN’s and RN’s to work with our pediatric clients. Must have your active nursing license in the state that you reside, or a multi-state license. Care can include, but is not limited to,trachs, g-tubes, mickey buttons, and vents.

Phoenix Home Care is based in Springfield, MO but we have grown to be located in multiple states across the Mid-West. We have offices in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.

Qualifications

• LPN License

• Valid Driver’s License

• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Ability to pass a background check
