Office Clerk Assistant

DescriptionAre you looking to gain experience within a large financial institution? We are looking for candidates to perform a variety of operational tasks for complex processes or functions working with loan and mortgage documents. You will be in charge of the entire process from start to finish. This long term temporary opportunity is located in both the Des Moines & West Des Moines areas.Tasks you will be doing include;

Using multiple online systems

Working knowledge and skills to be able to handle confidential customer information

Verifying documents for accuracy

Resolving customer issues using resources and records

Preparing, organizing, and distributing work

RequirementsRequirements;

Data entry skills

Knowledge of mortgage files and trailing documents

High attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Strong organizational skills

Comfortable multi-tasking

Basic Microsoft Office Skills
