Connected Healthcare is searching for a Patient Experience Manager to join a fantastic team at a small rural hospital near Sioux City, Iowa. If you are a hardworking, dedicated individual that is looking for a new opportunity, this is for you!

POSITION DETAILS:

  • A vital leadership role within the hospital to establish policy, process, education, and follow-up around quality and patient experience strategic imperatives.
  • Leads the critical operational and reporting responsibilities related to Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention, Risk Management, Utilization Review and Care Coordination.
  • Chief Patient Advocate – ensures organizational policies and processes reinforce Cherokee Regionals mission to ensure outstanding healthcare to our communities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has 4-5 direct reports for quality, UR, infection prevention and case management
  • Required: Current RN Licensure in State of Iowa
  • Preferred: 3-5 years in Nursing or similar experience in clinical health care
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
