Microsoft Support Analyst

Job Title: Microsoft Support Analyst - 25968 Location: Position will start remote due to COVID restrictions, they would prefer a local candidate but not a requirement.
Shift: Flexible hours within first shift.
Required Knowledge/Experience: 1) Experience building applications using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform; 2) Experience creating SharePoint workflows; 3) Calling APIs as part of automation solution creation
Required Skills: 1) Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to support RPA development; 2) Ability to evaluate business processes and recommending technology solutions for them; 3) Self-starter who can take initiative and commit to following through
Other Desired Knowledge & Skills: 1) Experience with other RPA technologies such as Assist Edge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Nintex; 2) Experience with scripting languages such as Python; 3)Mentoring or training others on using automation technology
