Maintenance Technician (Newton, IA)

Maintenance tech needed for multiple properties located in both Altoona and Newton, IA. Ideal Candidate must be friendly, organized, have some computer skills and provide your own small tools. Previous Maintenance experience is required. Experience in appliance repair a plus.

Job entails everyday Maintenance duties such as plumbing, electrical, major and minor repairs, making keys, trash pick-up on grounds and common areas, etc. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Will need to pass background check and drug screening.
