As a Plan Reporting Specialist II you'll be responsible for Under general guidance prepare complex government filings or compliance tests and provide related support for our retirement plan customers.Complete government filings or compliance tests & services within prescribed IRS/DOL/PBGC deadlines and client requested timing. Prepare accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance.

Serve as a resource providing support and answers to questions for internal service partners, external clients and auditors.

Responsible for ensuring that appropriate documentation is maintained and accessible, per current regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Participate in or lead department initiatives/projects

Compile and prepare management statistics to monitor timely completion of work within prescribed IRS, DOL, and external customer deadlines.

Identify procedure and system improvements for services provided.

Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred knowledge of government reporting forms & general regulations or compliance testing related to the retirement plan business

Proven written and verbal communication skills along with strong problem solving, decision making, organizational and time management skills

Must be able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment

Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets and collaborative workspace preferred

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
