Robert Half is looking for a Network Administrator to join a rapidly growing organization! If you are success-driven, an organized problem solver, and passionate about ensuring and maintaining a stable network infrastructure, this job may be for you. You will support the business by developing, administering and maintaining the network infrastructure, making sure that the enterprise systems and related components are secure, have integrity, and are highly available. The software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems you will work with change frequently. Your commitment to ongoing education will be important for staying current and fully informed. This long-term contract / temporary position is a great opportunity for a Network Administrator who wants to work in the Davenport, Iowa, region.

What you get to do every single day

- Organizing and executing upgrades to network software and hardware

- Distributing LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures

- Investigating and solving problems related to local area networks / wide area network performance, connectivity and related issues

Requirements

- 2+ years related experience

- LAN Vs. WAN experience

- Firewall experience required

- IP Routing experience desired

- Deep understanding of Switch Routers

- Highly capable of troubleshooting, analyzing and diagnosing issues
