Communication and Change Manager100% Remote6 Month Contract to Hire

This organization provides IT infrastructure and application support services to multiple businesses under a corporate entity. The Global Technology Services org is responsible for the provision, support and ongoing maintenance of IT operating platforms, applications, and services. There is also a strong connection with external providers necessitating vendor and service provider management. Global Technology Services org is responsible for driving the technology strategy and providing IT infrastructure solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and the Global Technology Services org technology strategy.

The Global Technology Services Partner Management function is responsible for the management of strategic technical and operational partnerships with 3rd party organizations who will supply various operational functions to the whole of the corporate entity. The role of Communications and Change Manager is a temporary role to create and execute the adoption strategy across internal stakeholders of a 3rd party delivery of service desk, desktop and O365 support functions to Aegon.

Experience Needed:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or 8+ years related experience
  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Influential change advocate with proven experience
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Demonstrated presentation skills (in person and virtual)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement organizational change
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in driving stakeholder adoption to a managed service environment
  • Experience working in a global organization
Responsibilities:
  • Manage change and communication management initiatives related to the change in delivery of the help desk and desktop services to multiple businesses.
  • Establish adoption strategy and conduct trainings and assessments based on the transformation timeline
  • Develop and deploy stakeholder management strategy
  • Work with project team to establish communication protocols
  • Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure change and communications are aligned with the overall company strategy
  • Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influence key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Perform change impact analysis
  • Coordinate with change champions to manage change effectively
  • Prepare and work with internal project team to deliver communications
  • Communicate adoption program status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers
  • Create and conduct the coaching and training sessions for various audiences, including customer management, leadership and other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned related to this specific initiative
