- Experience in driving stakeholder adoption to a managed service environment
- Experience working in a global organization
- Manage change and communication management initiatives related to the change in delivery of the help desk and desktop services to multiple businesses.
- Establish adoption strategy and conduct trainings and assessments based on the transformation timeline
- Develop and deploy stakeholder management strategy
- Work with project team to establish communication protocols
- Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure change and communications are aligned with the overall company strategy
- Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influence key decisions across stakeholder groups.
- Perform change impact analysis
- Coordinate with change champions to manage change effectively
- Prepare and work with internal project team to deliver communications
- Communicate adoption program status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers
- Create and conduct the coaching and training sessions for various audiences, including customer management, leadership and other relevant internal stakeholders
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned related to this specific initiative
