Description Robert Half is searching for a Customer Service Professional that is looking to align themselves with a local Real Estate company here in Davenport, IA. This position requires someone who can provide a superior customer service experience via phone, chat, and email communication. If you are detail oriented, have great grammar and punctuation, and have an interest in the real estate industry, this could be the perfect role for you. 30-40 hours per week, some weekends required, contract to hire.How you will make an impact:Handle calls to Customer Service throughout the day.

Respond to incoming chats and text messages throughout the day.

Make sure that buyer and listing inquiries are handled quickly and professionally, either by listing agent or by an agent assigned. Prioritize showing requests.

Prospect company-generated leads by calling, texting, and emailing clients and assigning to agents and Ruhl Mortgage loan officers when appropriate.

Follow up with client and agent assigned on incoming referrals assigned (LeadTrax, Customer Service calls, etc.)

Forward information to loan officers; follow up on approval process to uncover referral opportunities.

Interact with clients with a focus on sales and assisting them to get transactions closed.

Mail marketing postcards to generate more leads.

Other duties as assigned. Duties subject to change based on needs of the department.


Requirements of the Position:One year related experience in an office environment or customer service experience.

One year experience working with the general public.

Prior sales or telemarketing experience and creative mind desirable, but not required.

Strong or advanced computer skills.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

Ability to multi-task; be patient and flexible and adjust to changing priorities

Manage stress in a fast-paced environment

Longevity, ideally 2+ years of experience working in an office

Deep understanding of customer service

Knowledge of Coordinating Schedules

Data entry experience desired
