NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is seeking a Cheif Executive Officer in for our hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana. We are looking for an experienced and highly disciplined Hospital Chief Executive Officer with an outstanding work ethic used to working in a fast paced environment exercising intuitive and sound judgment. We are a national leader in our field with 7 hospitals. Our priority is for all of our staff provide outstanding care and with the CEO's guidance also deliver exceptional compliant performance at all times.The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall administrative management and operation of the hospital(s). This includes functions in Planning, Financial Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, Human Resources Management and day-to-day Operational Management. The CEO oversees and directs total hospital operation to achieve established goals and objectives within the framework of the hospital’s mission.
