  • Critical Thinking. Understanding how the product being developed meets the Customers ask/need or a specific issue
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick to learn
  • Flexibility - Good Time Management skills. Sometimes things pop-up in a tight schedule that need to be addressed.
  • Understanding of testing in Multiple testing environments
  • Good Communication Skills - In this job we deal with the Customer as well as Developers, Leadership, etc.
  • Good to understand Agile Methodology
  • Good to have experience in some Testing tool (All are pretty similar in functionality, QTest is what we use with Jira)
  • Experience in test planning - writing Use Case Testcases based on agreed acceptance criteria
  • SQL is a plus
