Job DescriptionAs a Strategic HR Business Partner you will be partnering with your business leadership teams to identify needs and facilitate people management initiatives that develop their teams in alignment with business strategy. You will engage in daily HR activities including data reporting and analytics, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement and strategic initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate and support business leadership and the broader HR team to implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results

Provide data & analytics in support of business needs

Manage daily HR activities such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and drive appropriate solutions for these activities

Assist in company-wide compensation program administration

Support HR Strategic Partners, OTD and organization leaders in the facilitation of leadership development and employee engagement initiatives

Partner with management to support and execute HR initiatives and activities that cultivate growth, innovation and organizational efficiency. This includes implementing programs, processes and tools to help set up managers and employees for success

Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities as appropriate which may include supporting and implementing initiatives across all U.S. and global locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of HR-related experience

Ability to handle workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities

Excellent computer skills including MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint); report preparation and updating

Strong project management skills. Experience supporting, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs

Experience with HRIS/HCM systems

Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree preferred

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
