Director of UX Design/ Hybrid Remote/ Indianapolis, IN/ Full-Time/$170-$190k

A large-enterprise financial services company that offers student loans is looking to transform their digital experience and brand with a new mission geared towards higher education consumers through multi-channel regulated service design. As a Director of UX Design and Operations, you will lead the experience strategy from discovery through delivery through this transformation. You will lead and help build out a team to define the unique student experience through user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps. Additionally you will guide the team through testing and documentation of the experience through design systems and annotation to create engaging solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid remote opportunity with flexibility. They are offering a salary of 160-180k with 20% bonus and stock options. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing digital transformations and experiences, visual designs, interaction designs, and prototype development.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers, researchers, design strategists, and content strategists.
• Experience working with multi-channel or omnichannel products across devices such as mobile, web browsers, desktop, native, applications, systems, and more.
• Strong UX Design background using tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, and similar design tools.
• Well-versed in working with key stakeholders and partners to communicate innovative UX vision and strategy.
• Ideally a background in visual design, graphic design, and rebranding.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Education Industry.
