Our proprietary research and POV have helped CXOs anticipate risk (i.e., cyber, channels, shifting consumer preferences) and maximize upside potential (CX, EX, brand and product strategies). Gen Z has also been a critical differentiator for EY, creating deals and opening new fields of play across service lines and geographies.We seek creative, bold thinkers and strategic leaders to join the team, help us build on our success, and exponentially increase the impact we can have in the market.Your key responsibilitiesAs a core and critical member of the team you will work closely with account teams, BMC and solution leaders. Your primary focus areas will be around:Ongoing presentation development for client meetings and events (relationship development, pursuits and innovation sessions), conference/external events, internal learning sessions, etc.

Development of ongoing thought leadership and publications

Scoping and management of new primary research, including coordination with vendors

Ongoing analysis and synthesis of secondary research in response to account request

Connecting learnings to client needs and market opportunities

Prioritize and respond to client and account team needs (relationship development, pursuits, proposals, engagement SME needs) with insights, presentations and materials tailored to each clients’ issues and opportunities

Help scope phases beyond Gen Z / Generations

Help coordinate learnings and activates with sector ambassadors

Present, attend, or lead in account and client events as needed

We will look to you to constantly push the boundaries of how we can do the above better, as well as identifying ways to reach accounts, clients and the market in increasingly meaningful ways. Travel may be required for team meetings, client and account meetings or management of events.To qualify for the role, you must haveStrong background with extensive first hand experience in both qualitative and quantitative research.

Experience and/or training in design thinking methods

Experience developing new product, brand, service and/or business strategies for clients’ businesses

Ability to know what to prioritize and how to respond internally versus externally (can direct people to or provide proper resources, or step-up next steps)

Ability to gain understanding specific needs of accounts and clients

Strong organization and planning skills, with great attention to details

Strong communication skills – verbal, written and visual graphics

Research background/experience

Strong strategic communication, writing skills and story-telling

Strong visual communication aptitude

Understanding of EY resource support resources (GDS, BMC, CSG)

You are someone who knows how to get things done without sacrificing quality. Able to work independently and motivated to “figure things out.” We are building new tools and capabilities and the directives or answers will rarely be clear-cut.
