- Interacting with customers to better understand business problems and designing/ developing Dynamics 365 customizations through best practices to meet business requirements
- Support development needs in team-based projects
- Contribute to the design of well-structured solutions/frameworks to solve business problems
- Understands, and pushes others to use/develop Clean Coding standards
- Able to think holistically about project goals to design working Dynamics 365configured and custom-coded solutions
- Proficient understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and all that it offers
- Integrating disparate systems
- Ability to test, train, and troubleshoot key developed features
- Can setup and execute automated testing and CI
- Experience with multiple Client/Server frameworks and understands and can use multiple design patterns
- Can manage and maintain the entire D365 ALM correctly across multiple environments (sandbox through production)
- SSIS Package development
- Customer facing and willing to participate in daily meetings outside of development
- 5-15yrs Development Experience in Dynamics 365
- Proficient with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Proficient with C#
- Able to work through and complete assigned project tasks
- Self-starter capable of working in a team-based environment
- Good communicator with problem-solving skills
- Able to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical individuals
- University Degree in a Technology related field or strong proven experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Certified
- Some Office 365 experience
- Some PowerApps experience
- Some Agile/Scrum experience
