Salesforce Administrator with Service Now Experience - Indianapolis, IN - Remote

Our client is looking Sales force Admin long term project in Indianapolis, IN . below is the detailed requirements. Job Title : Sales force Admin Location : Indianapolis, IN (Remote) Duration : 12+ Months Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience.
• Resource will support custom SFDC implementation.
• Addressing tickets loaded into Service Now.

• Sales force Administrator with more than 3 years of experience on Sales force platform.
• Experience with working with Sales force Open CTI, and Five9 would be a big plus.
• Experience with Patient Connect is a plus.
• Experience in Life Science and Health Care industry is a plus.
• Experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Being able to communicate with client and explain production issue and fix.

• Hypercare Process Documentation.

• User provisioning
• Salesforce data modeling
• Capability of debugging Apex code(including triggers) and Visualforce page code.
• Permission Sets and Sharing
• Workbench and Dataloader
• Conga and zPaper experience is a plus
