Location: Indianapolis, IN Description: Our client is currently seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Engineer in Indianapolis, IN.
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Engineering and Design of all cell site and CRAN equipment for wireless networks.
- Ensure proper switch expansion to support growth of all platforms
- Design, procure equipment and manage construction of new MSC's. Aid in design, procure equipment and manage network expansions.
- Forecast future needs including, but not limited to, SM's, PSU's, Circuit packs, floorspace & Power.
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience with Project/Construction Management of Mobile Switching Centers desired.
- Ensures optimum equipment utilization and efficiency. Oversee equipment installation and acceptance
- Experience with ALU Switch equipment.
- CCNA desired.
